Qualifying Only (35% needed)
This section is Trade-Specific and based on your ITI or Diploma discipline. For example:
- Electrical: Electrician, Wireman, Instrument Mechanic, etc.
- Mechanical: Fitter, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic, etc.
- Electronics: Electronics Mechanic, TV/Radio Mechanic

Stage 3: CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test)
- Only for ALP Post
- No negative marking
- Must score T-score of 42 in each test battery
- Focus on Situational Decision Making, Memory, Concentration, Perception & Aptitude
You’ll also need to provide a Vision Certificate (A-1 standard, no LASIK allowed).
